At Aw Heck Bagels, we make small-batch, hand-rolled bagels using simple, high-quality ingredients — fermented for up to 48 hours, then boiled and baked in the traditional New York/New Jersey style.

We love collaborating with local cafes, shops, and small businesses throughout Orange and Alamance County. We also offer catering for PTA meetings, school events, office breakfast, and other gatherings.
